My name is Mary Frances, and I have two two-and-a-half tear old girls. I like crafts such as cross stitch, scrap-booking and kids stuff, as well as reading, baking and cooking. I've just started my own catering company, and already have a few jobs! I'm so nervous and so excited to start this new path in my life!
My formal training is in Forensic Chemistry, but I've never really done anything in my field. I have worked in a production lab, and in a QA/QC lab, but the latter I got written out of when I was 25 weeks pregnant with my girls. I guess it was a good thing too, because four days later, the plant had an explosion! Some people died, and a few of my friends were badly injured, and I feel so lucky that I wasn't there that day, especially in my state!
I've always loved cooking and baking, and have often thought of starting a bakery or something of that sort. I don't even remember how I got this started, but, here I am!
